No news on cabinet approval or announcement of Dearness allowance..!

No news on cabinet approval or announcement of Dearness allowance..! Central D.A. from Jan'13 : Still no news !! Most surprisingly, there is still no news on cabinet approval or announcement of D.A. payable to Central Govt. employees and pensioners even on the third week of April. F.M. is again on foreign tour and even if any cabinet meting takes place tomorrow, the chances of approval of D.A. stands remote in the absence of Finance Minister. Earlier on 2nd April the decision was deferred due to the same reason. F.M. will return from his foreign trip on 22nd of this month and only after that the staff may find reason to cheer. As everybody knows that D.A. from January 2013 is due @8% and probably this is the first time in the last 25 years the employees will get four months arrears this time instead of three as per common practice.
