Bonus for Tamilnadu PSU Employees The State Government of Tamilnadu announced bonus and ex-gratia to the employees working in public sector undertakings about more than three lakh. Ahead of festival season, the chief minister J.Jayalalithaa informed that the bonus of 8.33% and an ex-gratia of 11.67% would be paid to the employees of PSU for the year 2012-13.

Orders issued for Productivity Linked Bonus to Civilian Employees of EME for the year 2012-13 The Ministry of Defence has issued orders regarding Productivity Linked Bonus to Civilian Employees of EME for the year 2012-13 on 1st October, 2013 vide No.20(3)/2013D(JCM). The Ministry approved 28 days wages in cash as Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2012-13 to the eligible civilian employees of EME. The PLB shall be paid to all eligible Gp. ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted). Gp. ‘C’ and Gp. ‘D’ civilian employees of the EME who are covered under PLB Scheme for the accounting year 2012-13. The calculation ceiling of Rs.3500/- (3500×28/30.4) and other terms and conditions of the PLB Scheme will remain unchanged.

Cabinet Committee approved 78 days wages as Bonus for Railway Employees Yesterday the Cabinet Committee approved the proposal on Bonus issue to Railway employees… The Productivity Linked Bonus equivalent to 78 days wages will be paid to all the non-gazetted Railway employees for the financial year 2012-13. PLB equivalent to 78 days wages will be paid as a special case considering the good financial performances which is expected to motivate employees. The wage calculation ceiling prescribed for payment of PLB to eligible non-gazetted railway employees is Rs. 3500/- per month. The payment of PLB to eligible railway employees is made each year before the Dusshera / Puja holidays. About 12.37 lakh non-gazetted railway employees all over the country are likely to benefit.

Railway Employees may get 78 days Bonus As per the media news, the Railway Board is likely declare 78 days bonus for this year. 78 days wages as productivity linked bonus will be considered by the Cabinet in the meeting expected to be held on 2nd or 3rd October 2013. All Railway employees may get 78 days bonus with the ceiling of Rs.3500 per month before puja.

It is also know from union sources that Hon'ble Minister For Railways has approved the case of Cadre Restructuring for Railway Employees. TASMAC Employees to get bonus

TASMAC Employees to get bonus More than 28 thousand TASMAC employees will get bonus of from Rs.3450 to Rs.4200 this year. Ahead of Deepavali Festival, Tamilnadu government has decided to issue bonus to TASMAC Employees this year. In Tamilnadu nearly about 6800 Liquor Shops and 28000 employees are serving under the Department of TASMAC. Supervisors and Salesmen are getting bonus amount of Rs.4200 and Asst. Salesmen get Rs.3450 as the total of bonus and ex-gratia.

The undersigned is directed to convey the sanction of the President to the grant of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) equivalent to 30 days emoluments for the accounting year 2012-13 to the Central Government employees in Groups 'C’ and 'D’ and all non-gazetted employees in Group 'B' who are not covered by any Productivity Linked Bonus Scheme. The calculation ceiling for payment of ad-hoc Bonus under these orders shall continue to be monthly emoluments of Rs. 3500/-, as hitherto. Bonus ceiling enhanced for GDS

Enhancement of ceiling for calculation of ex-gratia bonus payable to Gramin Dak Sevaks The Union Cabinet today approved the proposal of the Department of Posts to enhance the ceiling for calculation of ex-gratia bonus payable to Gramin Dak Sevaks from Rs. 2,500/- to Rs.3,500/- same as that prescribed for the regular departmental employees. The decision would be applicable with prospective effect that is from the accounting year 2012-13 payable in 2013-14. The increase in bonus calculation ceiling will restore the long established parity between regular departmental employees and Gramin Dak Sevaks on the issue of payment of bonus. This decision will benefit 2.63 lakh Gramin Dak Sevaks working in the Department of Posts, who play a very vital role in providing postal, financial and insurance services in the rural, hilly and tribal areas of the country.
