Revised Cancellation Charges on Confirmed and RAC, Waiting List Tickets from 1.4.2013. The Clerkage charges and Cancellation charges have been revised w.e.f 1st April, 2013. This has been announced in the Railway Budget 2013-14. The revised charges are as under: The clerkage charges are leviable on cancellation of unreserved, RAC and Waiting list tickets as well as on cancellation of reserved tickets.
