Sub :- Issue of complimentary passes to the regular staff of NZRE CTC Society.

Ref :- This office letter of even no. dated 27/9/2012.

The issue was raised by AIRF in the PNM Meeting held in Jan, 2013. Subsequently, in the second meeting between the Federation and the official side on 14.6.2013, it was decided to re-examine the matter.

Accordingly, the matter has been re-examined in consultation with Finance Directorate. After taking into account Boards letters No.463-TG dated 19/9/51 and 1000TG/53/17 dated 13.1.1954, it is now clarified that only family members and not their dependant relatives or attendant may be included in complimentary passes/PTO facility for rail travel for regular staff of Co-operative credit and Consumer Societies/Banks etc”.
